Orders & Payments

• All orders are final once placed.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
• Discounts: only one code may be applied per order. During sale periods, exchanges/refunds are not applicable.

Delivery

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are available only for products purchased at their original price.
• Most products can be returned within 48 days of delivery.
• To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
• Fusions (fragrances created by blending two or more perfumes) cannot be returned.
• Sale or discounted products are non-returnable.

• Refunds are not available as fragrances are consumable products.
